The lead Salesforce Technical Architect (TA) is accountable for the end-to-end design of the Finastra Salesforce instance/s. The role is accountable for developing the Finastra Salesforce technical strategy, roadmap, integration and implementation strategy.



The role will support our objective to simplify & automate our Salesforce footprint and ensure that we deliver a world-class user experience to Finastra employees. Interacting with users and stakeholders across various business functions, this role will drive delivery of business priorities using Salesforce capabilities.

Key responsibilities
- Solution Architecture and Design: Design enterprise level salesforce solutions, architecture and implementation strategies.
- Design data models, integrations patterns, AI strategy & security models aligned to Finastra and Salesforce best practices.
- Leads the technical design and development of Salesforce, ensuring they meet requirements and align with strategic direction.
- Defines and champions technical standards, principles, and best practices.
- Identifies and mitigates technical risks and issues.
- Governance and Standards: Define and enforce coding standards, De Ops processe
