Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Vasai

Experience Required: 5-8 Years

Qualification: MBA in HR

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process
- Oversee employee onboarding and induction programs
- Handle payroll processing and coordination with finance team
- Manage performance appraisal system and employee evaluations
- Oversee complete employee life cycle from joining to exit
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance
- Handle employee engagement, grievances, and workplace relations
- Coordinate with management for workforce planning and HR strategy

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
- Experience in payroll and performance management systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
