About the Role

Kataline Ltd. is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Support Executive to assist the sales and operations team in managing customer coordination, dispatch planning, SAP operations, and sales documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily retail sales dashboards and reports
- Coordinate with clients for pre-sales and post-sales support
- Follow up with sales teams regarding order updates and payment status
- Plan and manage dispatch schedules based on order confirmation
- Generate and share Proforma Invoices with clients
- Verify payment confirmations before dispatch processing
- Manage Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and related documentation
- Maintain sales data and customer records in SAP
- Coordinate with internal departments including factory, accounts, and quality teams
- Handle vendor registration and quotation management
- Support tender documentation and approval processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce,



or related field
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Prior experience in sales coordination or customer support preferred
