Designation - Supply Chain Executive

Experience:
- 2 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities:
1. Packaging Material Planning:
- Prepare monthly & weekly PM requirement plan based on production plan
- Ensure alignment with NPD, forecast & safety stock norms
- Avoid stock-outs and overstocking

2. Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
- Raise PO as per plan and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with multiple vendors (tubes, bottles, cartons, labels, etc.)
- Negotiate basic commercials & ensure cost efficiency

3. Inventory Management (PM):
- Monitor daily stock levels and consumption
- Maintain reorder levels & buffer stock
- Control slow-moving and dead inventory

4. Inbound Logistics Coordination:




- Track dispatch from vendors and ensure timely GRN
- Resolve delays, damages, shortages

5. Packaging NPD Support:
- Coordinate for recent packaging development (artwork, specs, sampling)
- Ensure timely availability for product launches

6. Documentation & ERP Management:
- Maintain accurate PO, GRN, stock records
- Ensure system vs physical stock accuracy

7. Issue Resolution:
- Handle vendor delays, quality issues, urgent requirements
- Escalate proactively

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
