Job Summary

The F&B; Service GSA is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in restaurants, cafés, banquets, or room service areas. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests professionally.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly set.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Assist in billing and payment processing.
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.




- Upsell menu items and promote special offers.
- Maintain stock of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Teamwork and positive attitude.
- Grooming and professional appearance.
- Basic billing/POS knowledge is an advantage.

Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
