ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Lewis Foundation of Classical Ballet is a 20-year-old classical ballet academy spread across seven centres in Bangalore. We are expanding to new centres, deepening institutional programmes, and building stronger ties with schools and corporates across the city. This role owns everything external.

This is an individual contributor role. You will be the one making the calls, writing the proposals, showing up to the venue, and closing the deal. You will have direct access to leadership, a strong institutional brand, and full ownership of outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify, pitch, and close institutional partnerships with international and national schools in Bangalore
- Develop and manage the Dance in Education program for partner schools
- Build corporate relationships for sponsorship of productions, events, and scholarship programs
- Own full production logistics for TLFCB's annual shows and events viz venues, partners ,timelines & budgets
- Represent TLFCB at education and arts forums, panels, and networking events




- Support PR efforts and help build TLFCB's visibility in the education and arts media space.
- Track and report on pipeline ie leads, conversations, closed deals, revenue attributed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years in partnerships, business development, events, or institutional sales
- Experience in education, arts, or cultural institutions is a strong advantage
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal. Comfortable presenting to school principals and CXOs
- Strong executor. This role requires both ideation and follow-through
- Familiarity with Bangalore's international school, corporate and event ecosystem preferred
