A Production Executive supports event production activities, vendor coordination, setup supervision, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in event setup and dismantling operations




- Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams
- Support production scheduling and execution activities
- Conduct site coordination during events
- Prepare basic costing and quotation support
- Maintain production checklists and inventory coordination

Experience: 0-3 years

Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Operations, or Production

Requirements / Skills
- Coordination and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of event production processes
- Vendor handling and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and in office
