Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plastic packaging and film manufacturing sectors in and around Bengaluru.
- Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements and explain machine technical specifications, production capacities, and custom configurations clearly.
- Sales Targets:Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Quotations & Negotiation: Prepare accurate commercial quotations, handle pricing negotiations, and successfully close machinery deals.




- Client Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale and coordinate with the internal technical team during machine installation and commissioning.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep track of local market trends, upcoming industrial projects, and competitor movements.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 4 to 8 years of core sales experience specifically in Blown Film Machinery.

Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics, or Electrical Engineering.

Communication: Knowledge of local language.

Travel:Bengaluru and Willingness to travel frequently across key industrial zones in Bengaluru & South India for client meetings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
