Job Description - HR Manager
The role involves handling manpower planning, hiring for technical and operational roles, maintaining employee records, managing attendance and payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws, Factory Act regulations, EPF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements. The HR Manager will also be responsible for drafting HR policies, handling disciplinary matters, managing employee engagement activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between management and employees.
Key responsibilities include maintaining HR MIS reports, supervising documentation, implementing performance appraisal systems, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting organizational growth through effective workforce management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
