Fashion Designer (Ethnic Wear) - Job Description Key Skills Required
- Trend research and market analysis
- Strong fabric knowledge
- Understanding of ethnic silhouettes
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Procreate/Fresco
- Knowledge of embroidery & Print
- Creative design development and concept creation

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop ethnic wear collections.
- Create embroidery, surface ornamentation, and CAD designs.
- Work closely with sampling teams and karigars (artisans)
- Prepare and maintain design sheets, tech packs, and cost sheets.
- Develop design concepts, themes, color stories, and mood boards.
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and seasonal inspirations.
- Coordinate with vendors, masterji, and internal teams for design execution.
- Ensure timely completion of collections from concept to final sample.
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design.
- Experience in ethnic apparel design preferred.
- Strong creative sense with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple collections simultaneously.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
