Position: Billing & Contracts Engineer
Company: Signature Sattva
- Responsible for preparation and verification of contractor/vendor RA bills and final bills.
- Handling quantity reconciliation, BOQ verification, and rate analysis as per project requirements.
- Managing contracts, work orders, tender documents, and billing-related documentation.
- Coordination with site, procurement, accounts, and project teams for billing approvals and contract execution.
- Monitoring extra items, variation statements, and contractual compliance.
- Preparation of MIS reports, billing records, and project cost tracking reports.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/SAP systems preferred.
- Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma with 7 years of experience in real estate/construction industry.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
