Job Description - Service Manager (Electronics Manufacturing Industry)
The role includes handling product service requests, warranty claims, repairs, replacements, and spare parts management while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Service Manager will coordinate with sales teams, distributors, warehouses, and technical departments to ensure timely closure of service calls and smooth execution of service operations.
Knowledge of service operations, team management, customer handling, and technical troubleshooting will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
