Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Handle sales of industrial equipment and industrial safety products across the assigned region.
- Must have strong experience in End User Sales Model for industrial and safety products.
- Identify and develop direct business opportunities with end users, industries, factories, and manufacturing units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers, consultants, and industrial clients.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and customer support.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for business development activities.




- Handle key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up of outstanding payments.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate customer database and sales records.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills required.
- Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Experience in industrial equipment, PPE, safety solutions, or related industrial product sales preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
