Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Actively approaching customers, starting conversations, and persuading them to consider the brand.
- Product Demonstrations: Conducting live demonstrations, such as preparing food using the brand Utensils to illustrate product benefits.
- Setting Up Displays: Arranging promotional booths, tables, or kiosks in high footfall areas, ensuring they are visually appealing and stocked.
- Brand Representation: Educating consumers about the product's unique selling points and advantages over competitors.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting daily or weekly sales goals, or in some cases, boosting awareness, as determined by the company.
- Feedback Collection: Recording customer inquiries, feedback, and reactions to products to report to management.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels of promotional items to prevent stockouts.




- Home Demo - Conducting Product Demos wherever required at Customer's Home

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Robust verbal communication to deliver effective sales pitches and presentations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Extroverted personality with the ability to build rapport with diverse shoppers.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Sales Techniques: Knowledge of persuasive selling techniques and closing deals.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, as they are typically on the shop floor for the duration of their shift.
- Education: No Bar
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is generally recommended.
