Role Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise interior fit-out works at site including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and project managers.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and maintain project timelines.
- Handle material planning and site inventory management.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure safety standards at site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management regarding site status.




- Resolve in office issues and coordinate with design and execution teams.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Experience in commercial, residential, or office interior projects.
- Ability to manage multiple activities at site efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- Interior site supervisor: 3 years (required)
