Role Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, integrate, and manage secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop intuitive, pixel-perfect User Interfaces (UI) from wireframes and design prototypes.
- Actively utilize AI coding assistants to accelerate development cycles, automate boilerplate code, and rapidly debug complex issues.
- Write clean, maintainable,



and well-documented code while following agile software development practices.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Practical Experience : 0-4years
- Tech Stack Mastery: Strong, hands-on experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Next.js. (Experience with similar NoSQL/SQL databases is acceptable).
- AI-Augmented Development (MUST HAVE): Proven experience using modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, ChatGPT) to drastically improve coding speed, debugging, and architecture planning. You should be comfortable writing prompts as much as writing code.
- API & Backend: Deep understanding of API development, third-party integrations, and backend routing.
- UI/Frontend: Solid grip on modern frontend development (HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap) and responsive web design.
- Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus)
