Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspection of products as per quality standards
- Monitor quality at different stages: Cutting, Edgebanding, CNC, KDT, Assembly, and Packing
- Identify defects and report issues to supervisors immediately
- Maintain inspection records and quality reports
- Ensure proper dimensions, finishing, and edge quality as per drawings/specifications
- Support the production team in maintaining a zero-defect culture
- Follow company SOPs, safety, and quality guidelines
- Assist in resolving quality-related issues on the shop floor
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection tools (measuring tape, vernier, etc.)
- Understanding of the furniture manufacturing process (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work on the shop floor
Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers with a good learning attitude can also apply
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
