Key Responsibilities - AVP (Associate Vice President) Sales | Real Estate
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and organizational targets.
- Drive team performance by monitoring KPIs, conversions, site visits, and closures.
- Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective lead management through CRM systems and regular follow-ups.
- Handle escalations and provide strategic solutions for client satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry standards.
- Represent the organization in meetings, corporate events, and client presentations.
- Drive customer experience initiatives to maintain a solid brand reputation.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while ensuring sustainable business growth.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
