✔ Strong communication & persuasion skills
✔ Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support preferred
✔ Fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali
✔ Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset
✔ Prior experience in Real Estate or Hospital Leads Management will be preferred

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls




- Explain healthcare & eldercare services professionally
- Build trust with customers and families
- Follow up with leads and drive conversions
- Maintain customer records and CRM updates
