Hiring Requirement: Bilingual (English + Spanish) Healthcare Support - Mumbai
Location: Mumbai
No. of Positions: 4 FTEs
Shift: Fixed EST (Night shift in India)
Work Schedule: 7 days operations with rotational week offs
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general patient inquiries via calls
- Manage OPD (Outpatient) appointment scheduling:
- Coordinate IPD (Inpatient) admissions:
- Ensure accurate data entry and scheduling updates
- Identify and escalate critical calls to the client in real-time
- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Prior experience in customer support / healthcare BPO preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working night shifts (EST hours):
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information professionally
