Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant Wedding Planner to support the planning, coordination, and execution of wedding events. The role involves working closely with senior wedding planners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event planning and flawless execution. The Assistant Wedding Planner will assist with guest coordination, vendor communication, event logistics, and administrative planning tasks to help deliver memorable wedding experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior wedding planners in planning and coordinating wedding events from concept to execution.
- Support the preparation and management of event timelines, schedules, and planning documents.
- Handle guest coordination and maintain accurate guest lists.
- Communicate event details such as dates, venues, schedules, and functions to guests when required.
- Maintain and update guest databases and planning records.
- Coordinate with vendors such as decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainment providers, and venue teams.




- Assist in tracking vendor deliverables, schedules, and event requirements.
- Support venue research, site visits, and preparation of event layouts and seating plans.
- Help manage guest arrangements including accommodation, transportation, and special requests when needed.
- Assist with in office event coordination to ensure timelines are followed and operations run smoothly.
- Address guest queries professionally and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain planning documents, reports, and internal coordination records.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience or internship in event planning, wedding coordination, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and local language(s).
