Business Operations & Strategic Projects Manager

Prime is an established agrochemical manufacturing company with a legacy since 1970, engaged in crop protection and specialty agri-input formulations across insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, granules, SC, WDG and allied products.

We are looking for a highly driven execution-oriented professional to work closely with leadership on strategic business initiatives and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of strategic and commercial projects
- Coordinate across departments, vendors, distributors and external stakeholders
- Track timelines, follow-ups and project completion
- Support business development, expansion initiatives and operational planning
- Bring structure,



accountability and execution speed across ongoing initiatives
- High ownership and execution capability
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced promoter-driven setting
- 2-7 years experience in operations, business development, commercial coordination or strategic projects
- Manufacturing/industrial/SME background preferred

Location: Kolkata

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
