I am looking to hire someone for our Kanpur office to work directly with the CEO. Someone who is young, can learn quickly and has a “will figure it out” attitude

About the role: The individual will work directly with the promoter, acting as their right hand, doing follow-ups, ensuring execution across functions, handling day-to-day operational tasks, and supporting hiring efforts.

Who we're looking for:
- 24-30 years old with 1+ years of work experience
- Engineering graduate (B.Tech/BE) from a reputed institute (Good to have)
- Has worked in a quick-paced environment
- Strong communicator in both Hindi and English
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Follows up on things until they are done
- Works independently and figures things out without constant direction
- Equally comfortable handling a small task and sitting in a strategic meeting
- Can credibly represent senior leadership in internal and external interactions
- Based in Kanpur or willing to relocate immediately

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
