Job Title: Ticketing Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Ticketing Executive with hands-on experience in Galileo GDS and Amadeus GDS.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle air ticket bookings, issuance, reissuance, and cancellations (Domestic & International)

Manage PNR creation, split PNR, and partial cancellations

Check and interpret fare rules, penalties, and airline policies

Assist customers with itinerary changes and travel queries

Ensure accuracy in ticketing and compliance with airline guidelines

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in air ticketing

Proficiency in Galileo and Amadeus systems

Positive understanding of fare rules for domestic and international travel

Strong attention to detail and customer handling skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
