Role & Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations for product assortment, category planning, and inventory optimization.
- Advise to optimize inventory management and enhance the customer experience
- To develop promotional strategies and pricing models.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for store operations, including layout optimization, shelf placement, and stock replenishment
- Advise on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape within the grocery industry
- Monitor customer preferences and seasonal demand cycles
- Analyze industry data to identify growth opportunities and emerging challenges.
- Work to improve customer experience, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency
- Work with cross functional teams, procurement, supply chain,



and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams to enhance their understanding of grocery business dynamics
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, margin improvement, and inventory turnover
- Implement omnichannel strategies or sustainability initiatives
- Share a challenging situation you encountered on a project. Sharing the conditions and the outcome
- Handle changes in the scope that alters the timeline from a few months, instead to a few days.
