Job Title: Command Control Center Supervisor - VISHWAS Project

Qualification:
- BE / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (EC) or Information Technology (IT)
- MBA (mandatory)

Experience:
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in large-scale ICT infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in managing Command & Control Centers / Control Centers
- Experience handling government or smart infrastructure projects preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Over all in-charge of Operation & Maintenance of the Command Control Center
- Ensure end-to-end functioning and high uptime of Control Center infrastructure
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and government agencies




- Manage issue resolution, escalation processes, and incident handling
- Ensure compliance with defined operational and performance standards
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and performance dashboards
- Strong operational, coordination, and leadership skills
- Experience in Government / Smart City / ICT infrastructure projects
- Ability to manage critical infrastructure with high availability requirements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
