Job Description- MIS Executive

Position Title: MIS Executive

Location:Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Reports To: Head of Operations

Salary Range:3.0 to 3.20CTC

Role Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing organizational data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth functioning of information systems. The role supports management decision-making by providing accurate and timely data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from Internal departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
- Preparation of process Report
- Documentation Work
- Coordinate with different teams to streamline data flow.

Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Advance MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Positive communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.





Qualifications

Any graduate(BA / Bcom / BCA / BBA )

1-3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles preferred.
