Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to direct clients and prime vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Match consultant profiles with client requirements.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback.
- Maintain daily submission and placement reports.
- Ensure quick turnaround for placements.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of US IT Bench Sales process.
- Understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Strong follow-up skills.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers with excellent communication can apply.
- 0-7 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Recruitment.
- Any Graduate.

Additional Information:
- Work Location: Hyderabad (Onsite Only)

Pay: ₹11,302.82 - ₹49,697.62 per month
