Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented _Hospital Administrator_ _to oversee daily hospital operations, ensure high-quality patient care, manage staff coordination, and maintain compliance with healthcare standards_

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations (OPD, IPD, OT, Billing, etc.)
- Ensure smooth coordination between medical and administrative departments:
- Monitor and improve patient experience and service quality:
- Handle patient grievances and escalations:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and NABH standards:
- Manage hospital vendors (medical supplies, housekeeping, security, etc.)
- Ensure availability and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure
- Oversee facility management including cleanliness, safety, and hygiene
- Track KPIs such as patient footfall, revenue, occupancy rate, etc.
- Present insights and recommendations to management
- Manage staff performance, discipline, and productivity:
- Monitor budgets, billing processes, and cost control:




- Handle emergency situations and ensure quick decision-making
- Manage risk related to patient safety and hospital operations
- Ensure proper escalation and resolution mechanisms
- Implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads

Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Hospital Administration (BHA/MHA) or MBA in Healthcare Management:
- Certifications in Hospital Quality / NABH / Healthcare Management (preferred)

Experience:
- 3-8 years of experience in hospital administration/operations
- Experience in handling medico infrastructure, multi-specialty hospital operations preferred
- Prior experience in patient handling and team management
