1. Production Planning & Execution
- Execute daily/weekly fabrication plans for AHU units.
- Ensure timely completion of sub-assemblies like:
- Base frames
- Panels (double skin / PUF panels)
- Coil frames
- Blower/motor mounting structures
- Coordinate with planning team to meet dispatch schedules.

2. Shop Floor Supervision
- Supervise fabrication activities such as:
- Sheet metal cutting, bending, and punching
- Welding (MIG/TIG/Arc)
- Grinding and finishing
- Allocate work to fabricators, welders, and helpers.
- Monitor productivity and reduce idle time.

3. Quality Control
- Ensure fabrication as per drawings and specifications.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and proper fitment of AHU components.
- Coordinate with QC team for inspections and approvals.
- Minimize rework and rejection.

4. In-house Sub-Assembly Management
- Oversee assembly of AHU sections including:
- Fan section




- Filter section
- Coil section
- Mixing box and damper assemblies
- Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and structural integrity.

5. Material & Inventory Handling
- Ensure availability of raw materials like GI sheets, MS sections, insulation materials.
- Minimize wastage and optimize material usage.
- Coordinate with stores for material requisition.

6. Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of fabricators, welders, and helpers.
- Train workers on fabrication techniques and safety practices.
- Maintain discipline and improve workforce efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
