Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
- Explain menu items, specials, and promotions clearly
- Make helpful food and drink suggestions to guests
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks correctly and professionally

Service Quality
- Check on guests during their meal and respond to any needs
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when needed
- Remain friendly and calm during busy periods

Dining Area Setup
- Prepare tables with clean linens, cutlery, and glassware
- Clear and reset tables quickly after guests leave
- Keep the dining area clean and tidy at all times

Hygiene & Safety
- Follow all hygiene and food safety rules
- Comply with company policies and local health regulations

Billing & Payment




- Present bills accurately and process payments (cash or card)
- Ensure correct change and receipts are given

Teamwork
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members
- Attend briefings, training sessions, and meetings when required

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
