nventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records of medicines and consumables.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely purchase requisitions.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Prevent stock shortages and overstocking.
2️ Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with approved vendors for medicine procurement.
- Verify purchase orders and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Ensure bills and batch details are properly recorded.
- Maintain vendor records and compliance documentation.
3️ Storage & Compliance
- Ensure medicines are stored as per manufacturer guidelines (temperature, humidity).
- Monitor refrigerator temperature logs daily.
- Segregate near-expiry and expired medicines.
- Ensure compliance with Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and hospital policies.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits (NABH if applicable).
4️ Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain stock registers (manual/system-based).
- Submit monthly stock and consumption reports.
- Maintain narcotic/controlled drug registers (if applicable).
- Assist during internal and external audits.
5️ Quality & Safety
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO (First Expiry First Out) method is followed.
- Report damaged/short-supply medicines immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store area.
Qualification & Requirements:
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm from recognized institution.
- Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration.
- 1-3 years experience in hospital pharmacy/store management preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory software.
- Basic knowledge of GST and billing processes.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
