What You’ll Do:
- Call US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
- Resolve patient billing queries and verify insurance details.
- Post payments, handle contractual adjustments, and ensure claim accuracy.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of AR Caller experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Typing speed 30-35 WPM.
- Willingness to work US Night Shift from Ahmedabad office.
