- Build and manage strong talent pipelines across a wide range of technology roles
- Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies




- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies, including market mapping and talent insights
- Take ownership of sourcing mandates and deliver within defined timelines in a fast-paced environment

Must have:
- 4'“9 years of experience in technology sourcing, preferably in a consulting or services workplace
- Proven experience hiring across diverse technology skill sets (e.g., Data, Cloud, Engineering, CRM etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- High ownership mindset with a persistent, 'œnever give up'
- attitude toward closures
