Key Responsibilities

Doctor Engagement
- Meet 10 doctors daily to promote products, gather feedback, and build solid relationships
- Prepare effectively for each visit to ensure productive interactions

Work Schedule & Planning
- Follow 8-hour official working hours (fieldwork + reporting)
- Work as per assigned HQ / Ex-HQ / night halt plan
- Focus on individual working days to achieve sales targets

Sales & Productivity
- Ensure 2-3 productive doctor calls daily
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain minimum 4TR performance for appraisals and growth

Promotional Activities
- Conduct medical camps and branding activities as per SOP

Reporting & CRM
- Update daily work in CRM accurately and on time
- Submit reports, feedback, and expense statements





Meetings & Coordination
- Attend official meetings and follow company policies
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for smooth operations

Experience Required
- Minimum 6 months of field experience

Requirements:
- Experience in Pharma / FMCG / Field Sales preferred
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned HQ

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
