2. Core Roles & Responsibilities (Detailed) A. Order Processing & Management

Monitor daily incoming orders (Amazon, Flipkart, website) Verify payment status (COD/Prepaid)

Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch

Handle cancellations, returns (RTO), and refunds Track delivery status and resolve delays

B. Inventory Management
