Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International & Domestic Process)

Shift: Day & Night Shifts (Rotational)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide product/service information to customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills (English for International process)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night)
- Freshers and experienced both can apply
