We at Seere Santhe By Rapid Rashmi and Radha by Rapid Rashmi, are looking for a creative and driven Content Producer to lead the planning, creation, and execution of high-quality digital content. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to bring the brand’s identity to life across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot Management
- Plan, coordinate and manage photoshoots and video shoots at Seere Santhe event and at our office between events (cameramen, editors and social media manager)

Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, launches and festivals

Content Creation
- Produce engaging content including reels, photoshoots, videos, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Conceptualize storytelling formats that highlight products and brand values

Social Media Content
- Create platform-specific content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels
- Ensure consistency in tone, aesthetics, and brand voice

Post-Production Oversight
- Supervise editing,



color grading, and final output to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Must be present at all the santhes to ensure execution

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Fashion, or related field
- Must be Fluent in Kannada
- 2-5 years of experience in content production, digital media, or fashion/lifestyle brands:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and editing tools
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualities
- Understanding of what social media algorithms require from reels and image posts
