- Prepare Quotations, Proposals & Tender Bid documents
- Ensure compliance with procurement Policies & Guidelines
- Track Tenders, Analyze requirements & Draft responses
- Liaise with Officials, Vendors & Stakeholders
- Maintain Records of Bids, Payments & Contracts
- Monitor GeM, CPPP portal updates for efficiency
