Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media leads
- Explain course details, schedules, and fees to parents and students
- Convert inquiries into admissions by guiding customers effectively
- Maintain and update student and lead records
- Follow up with potential customers and pending inquiries
- Assist in planning promotions, workshops, and events
- Coordinate with teachers for class schedules and student updates
- Manage basic front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
- Support marketing activities like campaigns, posters, and outreach
