Position:Purchase Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials such as furniture, lighting, fabrics, décor items, hardware, and finishing materials for interior projects.
- Identify and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in coordination with the design and project teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and track material deliveries to project sites.
- Ensure materials meet required specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Maintain vendor database and develop long-term supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on recent materials and trends.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1 years min of procurement experience (preferably in interior design, construction, industry).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
