Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Food Technologist (Fresher) to join our milling operations team as an Assistant Miller. This role offers hands-on exposure to wheat milling processes, flour quality control, and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day wheat milling operations
- Learn and monitor cleaning, conditioning, and grinding processes
- Support in maintaining consistent flour quality (moisture, texture, etc.)
- Coordinate with the quality team for testing and standards
- Observe machine performance and report issues
- Maintain basic production records and reports
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards

Learning & Development Exposure
- End-to-end wheat milling process
- Flour quality analysis and testing
- Basics of plant operations and machinery
- Food safety standards (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP)




- Production planning and process optimization

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science or Relevant
- Year of Passing: Recent graduates (0-1 year experience)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply

Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of food processing concepts
- Willingness to work in a plant/shop floor environment
- Positive observation and learning attitude
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
