Job Role: Admission Counselor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor who can actively promote our academy, generate leads, and convert them into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

1. School Marketing & Campaigns
- Conduct marketing campaigns in schools.
- Distribute brochures and explain academy programs to students & parents.
- Represent the academy professionally during school visits.

2. Exam-Time Promotion
- Conduct promotional activities in front of schools during public/board exams.
- Engage with parents and students during exam hours.
- Generate walk-in enquiries.

3. Lead Management
- Call prospective leads from database.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and benefits.
- Follow up regularly and maintain lead records.

4. Admission Conversion




- Counsel students & parents regarding NEET preparation strategy.
- Address queries and objections confidently.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
- Confident speaking ability
- Strong convincing & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM handling
- Willingness to travel locally for school visits

Qualification
- Any Graduate (Marketing background preferred)
- Experience in educational admissions / sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
