Core Responsibilities
- Fabrication & Welding: Joining metal parts using MIG, TIG, arc, or gas welding techniques to fabricate or repair products.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to determine project specifications.
- Material Prep & Cutting: Measuring, marking, cutting, and cleaning metal components using grinders, saws, or plasma cutters.
- Quality Inspection: Checking dimensions, thicknesses, and weld quality using precision tools to ensure structural integrity.
- Equipment Maintenance: Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting welding machines and tools.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, including wearing protective gear, to prevent accidents in industrial environments. Betterteam +4

Key Skills and Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Robust knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) and, or, arc welding.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of metallurgy, engineering drawings, and fabrication techniques.
- Experience: Typically 1-4 years of experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
