Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design process — from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and design system governance. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences

Responsibilities:
User Research & Discovery:
- Plan and conduct user interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability testing sessions.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to develop personas, journey maps, and mental models.
- Champion a user-first culture by translating data and feedback into actionable design insights.

UX Design & Strategy:
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for rapid validation.
- Lead design sprints and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams.





UI Design & Visual Excellence:
- Craft pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library in Figma.
- Ensure visual consistency across all product touchpoints and platforms.

Collaboration & Handoff:
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Create detailed design specs, annotations, and developer-ready assets.
- Participate in agile ceremonies — sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Quality & Accessibility:
- Advocate for WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards in all design deliverables.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations and competitive benchmarking to continuously raise the bar.
- Iterate designs based on A/B test results and post-launch analytics.

Qualifications:
- 5 - 10 years of qualified UI/UX design experience in product companies or agencies.
