Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise data masking frameworks to protect sensitive data across Dev, Test, QA, and Analytics environments.
- Perform data discovery and classification to identify sensitive data such as PII, financial, and confidential business information.
- Define and enforce data privacy policies, standards, and governance practices.
- Support compliance initiatives related to data privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Automate masking processes within data pipelines and Dev/Test refresh processes.
Required Skills:
- 7-10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in data masking and data privacy solutions.
- Hands-on experience with at least two enterprise data masking tools such as: Informatica Dynamic Data Masking Delphix Data Masking IBM InfoSphere Optim Data Privacy Oracle Data Masking and Subsetting
- Robust knowledge of data masking techniques such as Static Data Masking (SDM), Dynamic Data Masking (DDM), tokenization, and data obfuscation.
- Solid experience working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Good understanding of data discovery, data classification, and data governance practices.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience working in large enterprise data environments.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.
