Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples using venipuncture and capillary methods
- Properly label, store, and transport samples
- Verify patient identity and explain procedures clearly
- Follow infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Handle pediatric, geriatric, and difficult patients professionally
- Maintain sample integrity and accurate documentation
- Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely processing
- Maintain cleanliness of the collection area and equipment
- Support home sample collection when required
Qualifications:
- DMLT / CMLT / Certificate in Phlebotomy
- Knowledge of laboratory sample handling procedures
- Registration with relevant council (if applicable)
Skills:
- Strong venipuncture skills
- Patient-friendly and empathetic approach
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills
- Willingness to travel locally for home collections
Experience:
- 0-2 years in a diagnostic lab or hospital
- Freshers with proper training may apply
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary based on experience and qualifications

- Morning 5AM to 11AM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
