Job Summary

Chandna Land Limited is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Executive with 2-4 years of

experience, having robust expertise in drafting, editing, and re-crafting lease deeds, along with handson

capable of independently handling legal documentation related to industrial plots and leasing matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, editing, and re-crafting lease deeds, sub-lease deeds, lease agreements, rent

agreements, and related legal documents.

and correspondence with HSIIDC authorities.
- Ensuring compliance with HSIIDC rules, policies, transfer norms, and leasing conditions.
- Drafting and vetting agreements related to industrial land, plots, sheds, and commercial

properties.




- Re-structuring and modifying existing lease agreements as per legal and commercial requirements.
- Coordinating with HSIIDC officials, consultants, and internal teams for approvals and

documentation.
- Conducting legal due diligence for industrial properties allotted by HSIIDC.
- Maintaining proper records of agreements, approvals, compliance documents, and renewals.
- Assisting in lease renewals, amendments, extensions, and compliance follow-ups.

Required Skills:
- Expertise in legal drafting and property-related documentation.
- Practical exposure to HSIIDC laws, policies, and compliance procedures.
- Strong drafting, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of lease laws, contractual clauses, and industrial property regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively.
