Production Execution: Supervise capsule filling and finishing, ensuring adherence to the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
- Line Clearance & Safety: Obtain line clearance from QA to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safety standards (EHS) are met during operations.
- Process Optimization: Develop and optimize chemical processes to ensure product consistency and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Perform in-process tests on capsule weight, moisture content, and hardness.
- Equipment Management: Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery (e.g., capsule filling machines).
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records for batch processing, raw material consumption, and equipment logs.

Key Qualifications:
- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 2-10 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (solid dosage preferred).
- Knowledge: Robust understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SOPs.
