Superior MS Excel and MS Office skills Ensure that the bank correctly calculates current account interest by reconciling to TMS reports Processing of incoming funds, outgoing funds Release and monitoring of swift messages Processing of funding instructions given by Settlements, mutual funds team Processing and setting up of Standing Order Instructions Book keeping tickets and internal transfers Resolving complaints / escalations received through different channels Coordination with stake holders for taking out data & Sending communication to the customer White mails, E-mails & SMS Process and manage details of all sales contracts and paperwork into internal systems and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data is consistently maintained to a high standard
